yo this is super rad and i’m kinda mad you don’t have a game i can actually play with this (not actually mad at all tho)
Haha, I was working with someone to make a playable game with this art, but he got a job and bailed. The concept was like Mario Maker but for Zelda 2 levels. I’m still interested in making that project happen, but I don’t want to code it myself.
I posted some stuff in the not you art thread, so I thought I should share some of what I’ve been working on here. I didn’t kill any of these deer btw.
Also, I wanted to say I love love those Zelda tiles. I mean, I’ve said it before, but especially now that there’s a Zelda 2 set. Also, @HOBO is my favorite artist.
Ok bye.
Part of me wants to slap this pack on the 2-player deathmatch Zelda II clone I abandoned 8 years ago and finish that up.
But I know I’m never going to do that.
what medium is this? I really really dig it
Thanks! They’re oil paintings. These are all on wood panels, though since I did these I’ve started painting on canvas again like a regular person.

And here we are, Beauty and the Beast in all its glory.
i’ve discovered a twitter bot that randomizes scenes from rodney greenblat’s “rodney guy”
so i thought i would rip it off, but with my own characters and my own edgelord sensibilities
I started messing around an Aseprite and made an idle animation of myself:

OK, this is a lot of fun and I made this one next:

And now this little guy exists in the world I just made, which is my house as a video game background:

looking forward to playing booji city branson
Hey I made one that isn’t me.
