ugh why did i decide to do homework tonight
Tonight’s Anime Club lineup was hand delivered to me. A damp sack with a VHS tape inside. Attached to the tape was a thumbdrive and this note. I procured a VCR for the sole purpose of viewing the video cassette but it was just this clip:

What could it mean?!

i’m so annoyed that my internet stopped working last night >:(

I saw Patlabor + that awesome Urasawa series happening, but got busy and missed last night. Imma probably hit the room up tonight or tomorrow.
I used to love all these things – especially SYMBOLS/POWER – but now I’ve cleaned up my act. Now I only love one thing: pure-hearted anime.

I’ve got that classic Castle of Cagliostro prepped for Criminal Animation Block, this Tuesday.
Among Lupin flavors this one’s of the more sweet variety. Iconic. Made some waves. I’d agree with someone who told you it’s required viewing for any true level of anime watchership.
If we also wanted to get raw with it, there’s the recent films, Jigen’s Gravestone or Goemon’s Spray of Blood. Down and dirtier, slick stylin’ violence.
