I think『バーニングファイト』is the Japanese name, judging by the Japanese Wikipedia article, whereas《热血快打》is the Chinese name, judging by the Baidu Baike article.

Ah and when left to detect language, Google says those characters are indeed Traditional Chinese, and translates them as “Hot Blooded Kombat” (with the K???), which is closer to Burning Fight. ^ _^
