Still contemplating redrawing the trees.

Since last posting I decided it would be better to procedurally generate the main ghost body sprite using a shader so that it looks better as it rotates. I think the effect came out ok.

haven’t talked about this in a little while. i have ten levels finished, and it takes around ten minutes to play through them all. so i reckon if i add ten more levels, it will be a twenty minute game, which seems reasonable for a single-screen zx spectrum game.

problem: i need to come up with more level designs and that’s really hard!!! fuck!!!

think i shared some of the earlier chips of this a bit back. was practicing and thinking around a sort of rpgmakerpunk concept. got tasked with assembling a set of ‘feasible mockups’ for the indie jobs-sphere, those were mostly done, so i kept expanding. did not pan out but still feel like this look is onto something. on some level
