His work in Time Bandits is one of my all time favorite roles.
He was always a villain so I thought it was so weird when Lexus made him their pitchman for a couple years in the late 90s. They wanted to be the luxury car for evil people.
I heard somewhere recently that he was nearly cast as Freddy Krueger!
