Looked like it might be an Another World/Limbo/Inside-type
I know it wasn’t the greatest game in the world but it wasn’t bad, it was competently made, and they were adding new modes to it and seemed like they had a lot of stuff in the pipeline. Why are they so eager to pull the plug, is it tax writeoffs? You can’t recoup an investment within a month being online, why didn’t they let the game find an audience? Did they expect the game to find it’s audience instantly? What sustained playercount is required for a game to not get cancelled?

same thing is happening to 2XKO. probably not as bad though, they only lost half their staff and will probably get to continue releasing characters for a while, if only because riot can do that and probably feel like it’s a worse look for them to shitcan it entirely
