Watching the new FFXV trailers and man I wish they did the Kingdom Hearts thing (or even the MGSV thing) and hired live actors for voicing instead of anime VAs. When you get this close to photorealism, having someone bounce around with an overvoiced WhoaWEYWhaHOWBUDDY it becomes super jarring.
Lance Bass voicing Sephiroth was the best thing to ever happen to Final Fantasy, just saying.

GG2 doesn’t even have an option to quit or go into full-screen (you have to alt+enter), has no graphical options, is missing its English VO
But it fucking plays like it was poured directly out of the madmen’s brains that conceived it. It is a Video Game and I love it
so they actually just found the 360 source code, compiled it for Windows, and shipped it, awesome
I think they ported it for shits and giggles, I can’t imagine a huge group of people wanting it that didn’t have it already and it already missed the MOBA boat, so I won’t fault them too much
We’re basically certain the release is an April Fools’ Joke of sorts. They’re promising to patch in keyboard config, Ranked Match, and the English dub audio next month. (There’s a language switch option in the menu, but right now it’s grayed out.)
