2021 means official Mario and Sonic sets at the same time

oh hell yeah ideas got thru

Honestly liking the look of the Sonic sets more than the Mario ones since it’s just basic themed Lego stuff instead of the oversized sensor and stuff of the Mario ones.

Well I guess I’m following this channel now

watching this I started thinking about a Grow Home-like physics game (to the extent that SpinTires/MudRunner isn’t this game already)

and then I learned it exists in storyboard-platformer form, with a demo:

The narrative it depends on isn’t great but there’s a lot of attention paid to the tacky tire physics and the sounds it makes going every surface you can find in a house

It makes sense that my Joy-Con would want to kick my ass after I’ve cursed it so many times for not calling the Pikmin back when I tell it to!

TikTok?

Just go watch some of these videos

The link gets weirdly truncated by Discourse but it should work

Michael Bay sees this for the next Transformers movie and thinks “how can I make this ‘hilariously’ racist? hmmm.”

Pretty remarkable imho that this theme has lasted so long. Non-licensed themes have tended to fizzle for the past 20 years or so.
