Target, Walmart, independent toy stores (such that exist, anyway). A lot of the big box stores get picked clean by re-sellers almost immediately.

Yeah, I always seem to miss the boat on those. I’ll occasionally luck out and catch a box near the end of its run when the resellers have lost interest.
