I dropped my M30, and it makes noises when I shake it now
Not that it’s the controller’s fault.

The only issue with my m30 is that the receiver is slightly too narrow for my Genesis’ 9-pin controller port and will disconnect and fall out if I don’t wedge a piece of paper in there with it. Kind of annoying.
About the only thing I have against retro-bit’s MD 6-button redux is that it feels too damn new after years of well worn in OG pads. I’m sure it’s just a matter of breaking it in, but damn.
The M30 is definitely my #1 recommendation for a modern Sega-styled pad with XInput support.
im really obsessed with playing games with ill-fitting controllers right now and part of me wants to figure out if i can beat a halo level with a saturn pad and not using the mouse to aim
Not a Saturn pad but
I wasn’t able to get the game to recognize it, because I’m dumb and lazy, but I wanted to play dark souls with that replica GameCube controller with the extra left bumper. I maintain fervently that the button layout would be perfect – nice big Green dodge button! – if only the triggers had less throw.
I wish it had the Xbox 2.4ghz RF built in, too. I could go for an Xbox SNES pad.
I used to play a lot of Forza 7 on PC with the standard 8bitdo SN30 Pro, so that was kinda like an Xbox SNES pad.

HOLD
… … ON

I used to love the saturn pad but now I hate it for not being this thing

Oh whoa this is a new product.

sega do the right thing and microswitch the buttons
oh my god give it to me
how do I order from amazon japan
also is this a standard usb thing that will work with other stuff or would i be buying this as a nonfunctional aesthetic indulgence
what they should have done / need to do once their spies read this message: also allow USB-out over the rear connectors on the back of the cab for its stick/button inputs, allowing it to function as a universal joystick, but also so that you can link two mini cabs together for VS City play. Sega, you can even sell a special branded usb cable that comes with a new set of VS City cab decal stickers.
I want this to have a tiny built in ash tray with a scale cigarette
You can just make an account on Amazon Japan like normal as long as you have a payment method that will work internationally. I just ordered Evangelion Tamagotchis from there with my US credit card and got them in a week.
