i am keeping my fingers crossed that they are going to unveil that the next three movies are just going to be george lucas doing whatever the hell he wants again, and he’s finally going to do the thing he threatened to do where the next star wars saga takes place on the microscopic level or something, like its all about the midichlorians living inside someone’s body or whatever

I mean I liked the prequels before the Disney movies came out, and still like them, and think a lot of choices they made are a lot more interesting than the Disney movies.
But I’m a weirdo because as far as sequel cranks go, the only parts of them I unambiguously like these days are their diversity and the pretty cool arc Luke gets in Last Jedi so my position as worlds weirdest Star Wars fan girl continues. 
(That said Dave Filoni and company’s animated output has been the actual best Star Wars for the past decade, and the fact that he’s probably the REAL showrunner on the Mandelorian is what has me interested in it).

I mean I don’t hate the Disney Star Wars movies either, they just feel kind of…empty. Even my far and away fave, Rogue One.

I think it would be great if Lucas co-writes the Obi Wan series. And by that I mean ideas brainstorm and outlining.
Did anyone read Lucas’s late 90s original sci-fi novel that I think was about Cat People?
Besides the books he ‘co wrote’ (IE: Suggested some ideas for) that were sequels to Willow?
