Yo, the other thread got closed, but I wanted to reply to this. Have you read any Murray Bookchin? In my opinion his theories of Social Ecology and Communalism represent a huge next step after Marx. His work massively influenced the development of Democratic Confederalism in Rojava too, so this stuff is actually being put into action and working. I’ll mail you a book of his if you want!
