Fixed avatar sizes in a few more places where I’ve spotted them. Except sometimes in the lists on user profile pages, where they’re invisible now until toggled because I don’t understand CSS. Shout if you see broken stuff.

How many posts do I need to spam to get my user level high enough to see the axe?
The answer seems to be “a bunch.” I’m looking to see if we can change that – I think it’s because the current Axe is a modified version of the default “lounge” forum which requires TRUST LEVEL 3. Might be easier to make a new board rather than change all the TRUST LEVEL settings, but I dunno if that’d break whatever @axfelix was working on to handle the archiving/trashing of threads.

I think I figured it out. A template override and some CSS. I should see how broken it is on mobile.
The current avatar position makes me think we can do weird banners as avatars and that has exciting potentinal (for banners as avatars.)
the scroll down and SELECTBUTTON turns into the topic title is so small and neat.
I think poster names are fine where they are on mobile.
Mobile is a little busted now. Names and avs are unaligned.
You should all be able to AXE now.

The Axe should also now only appear for logged-in users.
