got high, went to the dining hall around midnight to play piano, took some kinda muddy phone recordings because i forgot to charge my microphone

technique is bad but idk this is still pretty decent for improv. these might be my favorite recordings i’ve done, they’re such a beautiful mess

one of my nails split open and started bleeding in the middle of a recording and i didn’t care

As someone who spends much of their time around musical devices I’m always cheered by my comfortable inability to play them good

ehh i’ve done some daw stuff and a lot of piano and the feelings don’t really relate at all. i am very happy to have both in my life
