just wait until the last scene where you’re (minor to major spoilers) talking to your son adam through soviet-era technology in a catholic church.
it’s the most polish thing that ever polished

There’s a store a couple blocks down from me called POLISH TREASURES and I can only ever pronounce it pawwlish in my head
It’s been a long time but from what I remember by then I had power armor and some kind of horrible future rifle that murdered all those guys near instantly. I mean it’s not a great endgame but it’s manageable.
Today I played the ol’ troubleshoot your PS3, as I tried to play some games after not touching it in a long time and kept getting a black screen when I selected the game from the main menu. Apparently the file system was corrupt, but restoring it didn’t work. I hope it’s not dead
way more likely to be hard drive failure than anything else from the sounds of things
Yeah most likely. I have had problems with games starting with no sound since I bought it, which was always able to be fixed by pulling the hdmi cable and plugging back in. I swap the cable between the ps3 and 4 depending on which one I want to use, so I figured it could be a damaged port, but then I probably would be able to use the controller to quit back to the home screen
nevermind, this sounds like something else
Six months ago, I played through about half of Etrian Mystery Dungeon, and didn’t like it because it was too easy and not enough like Shiren, which is what I was really pining for.
Now, I’ve picked it up again, and I rather enjoy it.
Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2 just came out in Japan. Not sure exactly what changed, one thing is a new subclass concept: http://www.siliconera.com/2017/05/25/etrian-mystery-dungeon-2-new-subclass-feature-opens-world-customized-possibilities/ . Was thinking of picking it up. I don’t think an English translation has been announced, but stuff usually makes it over nowadays.
I keep telling myself I’ll ghost an area but then the game fills it with fascists who need to die
doesn’t this belong in the going-ons thread?
Welp, just tried my PS3 again, this time to see if it will accept a DVD and the disc just wouldn’t go in. Pressing the eject button makes it beep three times. I guess it is just faulty hardware.
Would buying a second hand PS3 console for cheap at this stage be worth it? I imagine most of the consoles are old enough now to have their own problems, and getting a brand new one seems pretty difficult these days
I’m still about ready to part with mine…
I might be willing to take it off your hands, although I think I would rather try to get one locally if I can.
Been playing Atom Zombie Smasher again now that it seems to work on Windows 10. It’s such a good game!!!
try elevating the front of the console, my cousin’s was having a problem “catching” the disc but this was the remedy
My enjoyment may be due to taking a crack at fighting the DOEs. While it isn’t 1:1, it’s maybe the closest thing to Final Fantasy XII’s mark hunts that I’ve played, as far as being a long and labored but very winnable battle.
Also, each class has some fun stuff to play with, and this game feels more open to that kind of experimentation than a mainline EO w/r/t changing your party in the middle of the game.
I think the mechanism is simply not functioning, I tried pushing the disc in and it would enter the slot but the console wouldn’t do its ‘sucking the disc in’ action.
Wow I hate Megaman X4 but I guess it works well as something to play on the train I should start Steins;Gate Zero I think Cuba recommended it.
