G String is unbelievable. I may be riding on a high with it, but the level of detail and care puts the last 15 years of FPSs to shame. Each room has something interesting going on wit the visuals, architecture, or gameplay.

Thank you all for recommending this game, never would have known it existed otherwise.

Looks like Eyaura is planning multiple new passes to refine and expand on G-String. I’ll probably hold off on replaying it at this point until the later updates in 1-2 years, but it’s incredibly motivating to see how much effort this (apparently) one-person show is putting into the project.

One interesting thing I’ve read on the (very few) other places discussing this game is that almost every level has at least one major alternate route (as in a completely alternate map). I’ve found a few but a lot are either well hidden or I’ve been too conditioned to take the obvious paths!
