Oh man, Ocean Fishing sounds almost exactly like the number one thing I was charmed by when I dipped into FF11 last year: scenic lengthy boat rides from location to location where you can just chill and fish off the sides.

Plus coming off of WoW you are in the right headspace to start ARR/2.0 content and think āhey, these are some nice changes I wish WoW hadā as the action escalates. For everyone else they have to go into ARR with the insistence that āOK, so Shadowbringers is REALLY good, but everything before that isnāt as good.ā

weāve been doing like, GROUP content on weekends! its so neat playing this kind of game with a real posse (theres at least 2-4 people online most of the time) and being able to see all this old content no one queues for that you cant do normally!
i am gonna be caught up with the story by the time the next expansion drops and its gonna be SO WEIRD doing content as it happens with everyone else! BEEN A LONG TIME COMING
still havent done the nier raid though, probably next weekend

Thankfully most 2.0 raids are soloable, which is why you can never get synced duties for them. Bahamut Turn 3 would be miserable in a randomly assembled group.
