yeah basically if you update your phone’s OS the codes from the app stop working!! (even though the app does not!! AMAZING) i have had to contact support to get them to remove my OTP more than once over the years. i keep that removal code in a safe place now.

I’m burning through the 1-50 stuff and just skipping everything and I just hit lvl 36 at like 8 hours played while watching The Witcher and catching up on other shows. It’s breezy and fun and is weirdly relaxing during an extremely stressful time of the year for me.
The early game is EXTREMELY early 2000’s MMO in tone, game is just “hey cool you are here, we need your help, go kill this one guy out in the woods, ok cool thanks here’s some leather SLOPS”. An entire world of people just waiting for you to stop by so they can bug you to go run errands for them.
Like here’s a part early in the game where your HQ gets raided and a bunch of people get toasted and they just throw the corpses in a corner (in a desert area known for it’s scorching heat) and wait for you to show up to dispose of them.
A detail I like about that is the tooltip for the bodies quest item is essentially '“please do not ask how a corpse fits into one inventory space”
