I had to burn everyone’s copies of three 6 mafia and fiend presents Da Headbussaz ā€œDat’s How It Happen to’Mā€ because I had the version of ā€œGet The Fuck Out My Faceā€ with the moby sample intact, apparently they took it out of the official release.

They did! If you try to listen to this on Spotify as of a few years ago it sounds like dog shit because it’s some royalty free sample, you need the CD still

I thought I posted this in my big post but I was busy literally crying while listening to this because speaker knockerz died incredibly tragically when he was 19

its such a sweet song with good vibes! He made this when he was only 13!!! And it sucks because every time I hear it now im happy but I’m also so sad, and I think I have such a visceral reaction because we were basically the same age when he died

rescued this from the trash to serve as general hip hop thread, hope folks don’t mind

been listening to a ton of hanumankind recently. of course there’s the TikTok hits but his lesser known songs are fire also. nice to see south indian diaspora (sort of, he was born in Kerala but raised in Houston for a bit) blow up internationally

my friend is trying to put me on to Westside Gunn

also I’m constantly waiting for bandmanrill to put out something that hits like this again. drill over jersey club beats is so good
