So this thing never went to public TV in portugal, as nostalgia trip… boom, kick it right there.
So I did what designers do… research, aka: google.

art of rally recently did an update to allow the player to create skins (liveries) for any car of the game.
At the discord community there was this contest of player created liveries when the update came out. Didn’t even noticed it.
But the channel for creating liveries is always teaming with people doing stuff.
I am very active lately because I did wipeout 3 liveries, for each of the cars on the Group 2.
Small paragraph for stuff.

But if you just wanna check my stuff with Wiprout 3 liveries, I prepared a gallery with some photos. Also doing group 4 wipeout liveries. go find fotos, go guess which ship from which game. Even the colors I tried to get accurate.
This afternoon a guy came there with a problem.
The photoshop file with the UVs for the BMW M1 did not exist. The file was actually the BMW M3 UVs. It wsa the same file as the UVs for the BMW M3 with a different name.
I tried to do my best to help the guy, to realize that yeah, he was right. Other people were nice, checked MD5 shit and what not. Yeah, same for everyone… Did a report.
After that, a guy came with that TV show, which I had no idea …
panic attack
(getting what most US people talk about is… enigmatic sometimes. specially around this forum because you have us ad jp pop references at large and smashing but I can’t get any of them because I have no interest in seeking that much updated pop culture all the time and it gets me kind nervous because I feel I get the gist of it, and I am so interested in sharing my ideas but I have no idea how to talk to you guys in reference -tarantino-script-like-boom-smash-animu- language. this always affected me a bit and makes me really anxious and nervous. I would love to learn how to write more comfortably.)
sorry… moving on and kind shown me… so… any idiot that actually read all that text already connected the part of the BMW M1 and a skin like that to be absolutely flashing amazing.
Since I want to help I said “well… to get the actual M1 UV, I can try to do a skin like that and feel my way around the car to get it done.”
The guy who mentioned the TV show, said “should I come out of my retirement to create an Automan skin?” D=
That’s why he mentioned the TV show? To throw the challenge cause I told him I am not using vectorial graphics because I don’t feel it’s worth losing my time if the game works properly, and gets beautiful close shots at 4096 resolution skins. I dunno guys.
Still I guess I’ll stop my next Auricom skin to do that thang than.
