I’m not entirely sure what I want this year. Last year there was almost nothing that really got me excited apart from Wolf 2. I thought AAA games were actually in a pretty darn good place toward the beginning of this generation but lately it’s all smaller stuff with the occasional exception. I’d like to be able to play Polybius or Arms on my computer at some point in the next year, and there are a lot of early access darlings releasing soon (Qud and Dead Cells), plus La Mulana and Pathologic 2, but Sony’s slate is really not exciting me. We’ll see!

really comes down to Ace Combat 7 + new FROM project maybe (though the focus on four already seen games at Sony seems to point more to a TGS timeframe for that) for me, and surprises as always
I’ve never stayed up/got up for the pressers that happen later in the day in LA and I’m not gonna start this year, but I’m looking forward to live shitposting here for the ones I’m watching. Please don’t move it all to discord or I’m gonna have to make a new discord account again.
