E3 2018: 15 years of no new console F-Zero

I love that animatronic LBJ

the new From game looks… fine? it showed a Steam logo so it’s definitely coming to PC, but not a lot new going on there

Just Cause 4 really seems like a mistake to me, 3 was already an incredible use of the current generation consoles and not enough people played that one even

like I really don’t care what the next soulsborne game is as long as it’s a new IP
my soul sighed when I found the same old items in Dark Souls 3

Forza Horizon: Europe?

nah just the UK
China woulda been more interesting

Finally a new excite trucks !

yeah but “published by Activision” and “premiered at Microsot presser” screams “From decided they would rather not leave money on the table, moreso than they actually had new ideas for their now-venerable template”

An emphasis on acrobatics and vertical movement would be at least as much of a spin on the Souls template as Bloodborne’s focus on aggressive attacking was.

idk that seems a little more cynical than from deserves probably!

how much is the forza hovercraft day 1 dlc going to cost?

are the seasons gonna change in real time tho

fair, I just spent yesterday morning at the house of my buddy who has an Xbox One X and watching like three minutes of Forza Horizon 3 constantly popping up “good job! you’re great! achievement! braking! driving! hooray!” really stokes my determination to find anything Microsoft pushes out utterly tasteless

I am terribly late to the party but this new Halo thing looks incredibly slick.

Like, disgustingly so. I am kind of hype.

Hell yes, that shot of a dozen cars all going sideways on an icy lake rules

I loved the online chaos in Burnout Paradise and Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012)
