Rogue (DOS, 1984)
Artificial Intelligence Design Systems is the company created by one of Rogue’s original creators to sell a commercial, DOS version of the game.
They had trouble doing more than breaking even. Later that year, Epyx contacted them and got a distribution deal–the Epyx version, with typical Epyx minimalist neon future box art, came out in 1985.
