After a long, protracted war between Roxie and I centered on territorial rights over the keyboard wrist rest and my mouse pad, productive peace talks were finally convened, resulting in an unprecedented compromise which has been praised by political leaders from both sides as well as the global community. Going forward, roughly one quarter of the left-hand desk space will be strictly maintained as a KDMZ (Kitty DMZ), and a jointly operated organization will ensure that a fuzzy self-heating bed shall remain present, in place of the previous uncomfortable and awkward pile of junk plus cardboard cat laptop.
Hostilities and border incursions have dropped dramatically since, and we are optimistic that relations will quickly normalize.
