I thunk it is like a 5 hour boat ride from somewhere.
i was reading about two of those cat islands (after watching a documentary) and how they have to neuter all the cats now because the residents are dying and no one young will move there
better visit soon!!
if you visit taiwan there is a cat village that is a reasonable day trip from taipei
