Being Attitude for Gains (gym thread)

Do what you were doing but instead of 3x10 try 4x8 or 5x5 with higher-but-not-dumb weights. The more sets you’re doing the more chances you get to increase weights between sets so don’t worry if set 1 is really low as long as set 4 or 5 is kinda tough specifically kinda tougher than last time.

Also yeah eat more and get that protein/carb intake after your workout
