Being Attitude for Gains (gym thread)

Please turn this thread into the running music thread. Also, I miss running. I hurt my knee in the beginning of may right when I was getting back into running this year, and it’s been almost 3 months and my knee is still only just like 90%. If you let us live vicariously through your running that’d be great.

I’ve spent the past couple weeks getting back into a legless gym routine. I’m sure this would be amazing for certain people, but for me it sucks. I’m literally going down to my homegym w/ a few muscle groups in mind, doing a handful of sets for a handful of different muscle groups, and calling it a day. My stamina is real low, so I’ve sometimes done this 2x a day, but I think I’m getting back up there. Taking it real, real slow tho.
