I feel like the opposite. I have to let everything truly soak in. I take hours.
yeah I am a comically aggressive optimizer / deeply culturally Protestant / have obsessive tendencies which I’ve gotten good at keeping in check
my entire being is exactly the kind of person who, by acting without consideration, drives engines of capitalism / sets unreasonable baselines / fails to create space for art, so I try not to do that lol
for a little while I was very upset over that part of myself and tried to be different and it was no use at all and made me feel lousy, so instead I just try to push it in good directions and make sure everyone knows I’m full of shit
anyway the Toyota Prius C is a very reliable and economical vehicle
yes well part of this whole situation of mine is that I find games that are supposed to tap into this impulse to be terrifyingly depressing
Stardew Valley is like the abyss pounding on my chest
this would’ve been more on the money for the record
this is relevant because I spent the weekend at the NYC Met and in 10 hours over two days I made it through three exhibits
my save file reads “9.03% completion”
my brother stuck by me for two hours before deciding we should really just SMS back together at the end of the day
did your phone autocorrect new york city to an abandoned PC form factor
it did, and right after I told it not to turn “probably” into “Pohung”
Nope.
Or rather, not yet!
I try to stay away from the 4th gen Prius, but like an unhealthy love obsession, i fear that it will reel me in one day, it’s just a tragic love story, infinitely repeated, basically.
for the record, driving this since 2014.
Heck I would have gone to the Met with you if I’d known you were around! (And I would have spontaneously combusted trying to slow down to your place)
Just finished playing this on my own for the first time, took me just under 7 hours.
BOOM
Pokemon if you only use one monster
This is the only way I’ve played Pokémon games for approaching ten years now and it’s always been closer to 11 hours for me
you probably don’t pick blaziken then

Bloodrayne is 9 hours long but it would have been 7 hours long if they cut the Louisiana level down to like a single room or just a cutscene or just a text file you read at one point all of those would have been better than actually having to play those zombie bug levels.
Both Gungrave games are 5 hours of cutscenes and 2 hours of gameplay.
The mere mention of the Louisiana level in Bloodrayne is making me angry in ways I did not think were still possible. It’s one of the worst ways I’ve ever seen a videogame start!!
And they had more of it! You can use codes to play two additional levels of Louisiana! What we got in the final game was already edited down!
Grabbed by the Ghoulies
(yeah seriously I looked at my howlongtobeat stats and this is the only one that fits)
